Jasmina is also regularly retained by insurers that are faced with an assignment of rights, covenant not to execute and resulting consent/stipulated judgments (referred to as Damron/Morris agreements in Arizona) and the unique legal issues that arise when defending against the enforceability of those agreements. Jasmina’s extensive knowledge and experience with Arizona law on consent judgments, gives her a particular ability to counsel clients in these cases, which typically involve complex coverage issues, bad faith allegations, and issues relating to enforceability of the consent/stipulated judgments. Jasmina has successfully litigated cases involving numerous multi-million-dollar stipulated judgments resulting from Damron and Morris agreements, obtaining favorable results for the insurers in each.
