Full Biography
Jenna Hubaishy is an associate at the firm, focusing primarily in the area of medical malpractice defense and civil litigation. Jenna graduated Cum Laude with a B.A. in Political Science from Southern Illinois University-Carbondale (SIUC) and a J.D. with pro-bono notation from the University of Illinois College of Law. During her time at SIUC, she was a board member for the Women’s Civic Institute and the Society for the Advancement of Gender Equality. She was also a research assistant for the Political Science department where she participated in a project involving examining the impact of amicus curiae briefs.
While in law school, Jenna completed several internships and she worked for the University of Illinois Family Advocacy Clinic where she represented children and adults in Juvenile Abuse and Neglect cases. She was the 2017-2018 President of the Illinois Chapter of the American Constitution Society and she worked as a legal research assistant where she participated in a project that focused on the issue of women and consent in the medical field. Jenna is very passionate about serving her clients and her community.
