Ms. Breemes concentrates her practice on a broad range of tort litigation matters including personal and catastrophic injury, premises liability, and public entity liability litigation. Ms. Breemes also represents individuals, corporations, institutions and insurance companies throughout the United States in a wide range of civil litigation matters, with a focus on insurance bad faith, insurance defense and commercial litigation.
In addition, Ms. Breemes represents employers and employees before state and federal administrative agencies and in federal and state court actions involving Title VII, Title IX, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and the Employment Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA).
Ms. Breemes earned her Juris Doctor and Masters of Business Administration from the University of South Dakota. During law school, Ms. Breemes was an editor of the South Dakota Law Review. Ms. Breemes is admitted to practice in Arizona, Colorado and the United States District Court, District of Arizona.
