Sanders & Parks Attorney to be Inducted into the American College of Trial Lawyers

Neil C. Alden, a Director and shareholder with the firm of Sanders & Parks practicing in the areas of General Civil Trial Law and Professional Malpractice Defense, will become a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers in a formal ceremony at the Waldorf Astoria on October 19, 2002.

The American College of Trial Lawyers, widely considered to be the premier professional legal organization in America, is composed of the best of the trial bar from the United States and Canada.

Membership in the college is by invitation, extended only after careful investigation, to those experienced trial lawyers who have demonstrated exceptional skill as advocates and whose professional careers have been marked by the highest standards of ethical conduct, professionalism and civility.

Membership in the College is further restricted to those advocates who are unquestionably and eminently qualified, are engaged in trial work as their principal activity, and are considered to be the best in a state/province.

"This is a prestigious honor for Neil and for our firm," said David J. Damron, Managing Director of Sanders & Parks. "Those of us who have worked with Neil have long recognized his exceptional credentials. His membership in the American Trial College is well deserved recognition."
