Winn Sammons has been with the firm for twenty-five years and is a Shareholder, Director, and the current President of the firm. He focuses his practice in the areas of professional malpractice defense law, general civil trial law, medical device litigation, transportation, trucking, and motor vehicle law and products liability law.

He is licensed to practice in the states of Arizona and California. He was admitted to the Arizona Bar in 1978, the California Bar in 1978, the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona in 1978, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for 9^th Circuit in 1990.

Winn is a member of the American Bar Association, Arizona State Bar Association, Maricopa County Bar Association, and is on the Board of Directors of the Arizona Association of Defense Counsel.
