Rick N. Bryson, a Shareholder and Director of the firm, practices in the areas of civil litigation, intellectual property, business law, insurance, appeals and employment law. App. 1989); reversed in part, 796 P.2d 881 (Ariz. 1990); Rashedi v. General Board of the Church of the Nazarene, 203 Ariz. 320; 54 P.3d 349 (App. 2002).

Rick has lectured and published, both nationally and locally, on legal topics and has served as a Judge Pro Tempore on the Arizona Court of Appeals, Adjunct Instructor of Law at ASU Law School, Chairperson of the Citizenship Education Committee of the American Bar Association YLD, President of the Arizona Management Society, Co-founder and President of Bringing Hope to Single Moms Arizona Foundation, National Steering Committee Member of the BYU Management Society and on the National Advisory Board for the National MENTOR Program. In recognition of his professional and civic activities, he has been awarded the Jesse A. Udall Distinguished Service Award by the J. Reuben Clark Law Society Phoenix Chapter, was named an Outstanding Young Man of America and is listed in Who's Who in American Law.
