Michele Molyneaux practices in the areas of commercial litigation, construction law, and insurance bad faith. Ms. Molyneaux is admitted to practice in Arizona and before the United States District Court, District of Arizona. Ms. Molyneaux received a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science engineering, highest honors, from California State University in 1992. She received a Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude, from Arizona State University in 2004. During law school, Ms. Molyneaux was a member of the Order of the Coif, served as a Note & Comment Editor of the Arizona State Law Journal and was a Teaching Assistant for Legal Method and Writing class. Ms. Molyneaux won the Arizona State Law Journal Best Comment Award for her publication Quality Control of Economic Expert Testimony: The Fundamental Methods of Proving Antitrust Damages, 35 Ariz. St. L.J. 1049 (2003). She also served as a Judicial Intern for the Hon. Roslyn O. Silver, U.S. District Court, District of Arizona.
