Debora L. Verdier, a Shareholder and Director in the firm, earned her Juris Doctor from Arizona State University College of Law in 1997 where she was a member of the Law Review, the National Moot Court Team and served as the President of the Women Law Students' Association. She earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science and Philosophy from Arizona State University in 1992. She was licensed to practice law in Arizona in 1997. She has been admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Arizona, the United States District Court for the District of Colorado, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Ms. Verdier clerked for the Honorable Cecil B. Patterson, Jr. from 1997-98.

Ms. Verdier is the President (Emeritus) of Board of Directors for Rosie's House: A Music Academy for Children, a non-profit music academy that provides music lessons, loaner instruments and performing opportunities to under-privileged children.

Ms. Verdier has experience in complex commercial litigation, civil defense, copyright licensing, registration and litigation, and entertainment law. Ms. Verdier has presented to the Arizona School Board Association on copyright issues in education and currently provides copyright consulting to one Arizona high school district. In addition, Ms. Verdier has litigation experience in antitrust, telecommunications, fraudulent transfers, products liability, trade secrets and unfair competition. Ms. Verdier has handled several civil cases involving the use of expeditious remedies such as preliminary injunctive and temporary restraining orders.
