Shanks Leonhardt, an associate with the firm, practices in the areas of commercial litigation, education law, copyright and entertainment law and construction law.  Mr. Leonhardt received a Bachelor of Science degree in philosophy from Arizona State University in 2001. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University where he graduated with Honors in 2007.

During law school, Mr. Leonhardt participated in moot court competitions for client counseling and oral argument.  As an avid musician, Mr. Leonhardt also participated in programs such as the Volunteer Legal Assistance for the Arts designed to provide free legal services to artists and musicians.  He was also a member of the Sports and Entertainment Law Students Association and the Intellectual Property Students Association. 

Mr. Leonhardt was admitted to practice in Arizona in 2007.  He is a member of the Maricopa County Bar Association.
