Robin E. Burgess is a Shareholder and Director of the Firm, as well as an Officer (Treasurer) serving on the Firm’s Executive Committee. Ms. Burgess practices in the areas of health law, professional liability, products liability, day care, transportation, trucking, motor vehicle law, and civil litigation. She is licensed to practice in the states of Arizona and Virginia, and before the U.S. District Court, District of Arizona, 1993; U.S. Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit, 1991; U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, 1991; U.S. District Court for the Western District of Virginia, 1991; and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit, 1997.

Before joining Sanders & Parks, Robin was an associate attorney in Washington, D.C. where she specialized in health care and corporate transactional practice. She spent a year as judicial clerk to the Honorable Susan A. Ehrlich of the Arizona Court of Appeals, District One.

She is a member of the Arizona and Virginia Bar Associations, the Arizona Women Lawyers Association, Board of Directors of the Arizona Association of Defense Counsel, and a former member of American Inns of Court and the Legal Services Committee of the Arizona State Bar. She also serves on the Board of Directors for Chrysalis.
