Rick N. Bryson, a Shareholder and Director of the firm, practices in the areas of civil litigation, business law, insurance, appeals, employment law, and intellectual property law, and his practice emphasizes a wide variety of commercial and insurance litigation.

Listed among his clients are: Comtech and EF Data Corporation, National Bank of America, Encompass Insurance, Arizona Block, and Arizona State Compensation Fund. Representative cases include: Schoenfelder v. Arizona Bank , 780 P.2d 434 (Ariz. Ct. App. 1989); Schoenfelder v. Arizona Bank, 796 P.2d 881 (Ariz. 1990); and Dusold v. Porta-John Corp ., 807 P.2d 526 (Ariz., Ct. App. 1990).

He is admitted to the Arizona Bar, the U.S. District Court, District of Arizona, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth and Tenth Circuits, and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Rick is a frequent lecturer and author, both nationally and locally, and has served as a Judge Pro Tempore on the Arizona Court of Appeals. He served two consecutive terms as Chairperson of the Citizenship Education Committee of the American Bar Association YLD and as president of the Arizona Management Society. He has been a member of the National Steering Committee, the BYU Management Society, AZ Advisory Board for Bringing Hope to Single Moms Foundation, National Advisory Board for the National MENTOR Program, the Arizona Bar Association Advisory Committee for Lawyer LRE Certification, National Association of Businesses, Enterprise Network, Arizona Innovation Network, and the East Valley Partnership. In recognition of his professional and civic activities, he was named an Outstanding Man of America and is listed in Who's Who in American Law.
