Attorney Profiles

David Irwin is an associate with the firm practicing in the areas of medical malpractice, personal injury, commercial litigation, civil litigation, and products liability.  Mr. Irwin earned his Juris Doctor from St. Mary’s College of Law in 2008.  David received both a Bachelor of Arts and a Masters of Education from Arizona State University.

While in law school, Mr. Irwin was the Vice Chairman of the Board of Advocates and participated in various mock trial, moot court, and negotiation competitions.  David was also a research assistant for Dean Jeffery Addicott in the Center for Terrorism Law.  He assisted Dean Addicott in researching and writing numerous law review articles and his course textbook.
 
Mr. Irwin is a former Captain in the United States Army, and was deployed in support of Operation Joint Endeavor in Bosnia-Herzegovina, from 1997 to 1998 and Operation Iraqi Freedom, in Baghdad, Iraq, from 2004 to 2005. 

Mr. Irwin was admitted to the Arizona Bar in 2008, the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona in 2008, and the U. S Court of Appeals, 9th Circuit in 2011.
